“Emma – it is like having a sleep mentor – she is there answering your questions and encouraging you, she has given my confidence back – I can’t thank you enough”  –  Julie and Sam

Thank you so much for your help, the support and advice you have offered has really helped me to persevere. I didn’t think it would be possible for my baby who woke 8-12 times a night and had never fell asleep on her own to be self settling and sleeping basically through the night. Your a miracle worker!

“Hi Emma!  Eva is now sleeping all the way through from 6.30 to 3/4am on her own, then going down after a feed for another few hours until 6am. For the first time in over 7 months I got a 7 hour stretch of sleep all to myself over the weekend!! Day time naps are great too, with typically a 1h30 hour nap in the morning and a 2h15 nap in the afternoon, no dramas and no more 45min wakeups. So I just wanted to say a big thank you for all the advice and support, and especially for being so respectful and sensitive to my wishes for a gentle approach. It was exactly right for our needs and I feel somewhat vindicated after all the pressure I kept getting to leave her to cry it out.” – Judy and Eva

“Its been an amazing journey. My little girl likes her cot now Recommended your sercice to a few friends, as you were recommended to me as well.  We will probably get back to you with some one of questions later down the track.  Thanks for all the help, loved the holistic approach.  Best money ever spent. You can quote me on that!!!!! Thanks again” – Ilse and Dineke

“Naps have improved SO MUCH i cannot even use words to describe. I know they are not the full hour- 2 hr long stints that would be best, but the fact she is putting herself to sleep so quickly with minimal fuss each day is like a miracle.I no longer need to worry about when she will need a nap – as I now KNOW. its just so amazing I am beyond happy. nights are so much better as well- we are just so happy with how things are going  your advice has been really great and helped me to understand better ways to approach things- and just to try new things which made such an instant improvement-  so i am one extremely happy mum.”
